SkillHub is our own learning platform: courses, quizzes, grades and certificates, with Moodle running behind the scenes and a fully custom front end for everything learners see.
the brief
Moodle runs learning for universities at scale, but learners feel its default interface. The challenge wasn't building an LMS; it was making Moodle invisible while keeping everything it does well.
what we did
A custom Next.js front end over a self-hosted Moodle: about 30 backend connections carry logins, courses, quizzes, grades and certificates, and a custom certificate plugin issues certificates the moment a course is finished.
